All Sales Are Final Because our products are handmade and made with care, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage you to review product descriptions, photos, and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items We take great pride in the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will work with you to provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only at our discretion if a suitable replacement cannot be provided.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Please note that orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail do not include tracking, so we recommend USPS Ground Advantage for added peace of mind on higher-value orders.
